Michael Hobbs – Director

An experienced estate agent, a Yate local and one of the youngest independent estate agent directors in South Gloucestershire. I started my career as an estate agent at the age of 19 as a trainee negotiator at an independent agency in Chipping Sodbury. Within six months I was promoted to senior negotiator and continued selling properties within Chipping Sodbury and the surrounding areas for nearly three years before I was offered a new challenge. In 2022, I joined David James Estate Agents in Wotton-under-Edge where I continued my role as a sales negotiator within the Cotswold Market. This move allowed me to further develop my knowledge of the property industry in a more rural setting and sell a wider range of properties from large country homes to building plots. My dream has always been to run my own business, so I am very proud to launch Hobbs Property Agents in 2024 and offer a unique and personalised service to all of my clients.
