Michael has been excellent through the whole purchase of my first house. From the first viewing to the collection of the keys, his enthusiasm made it a pleasure to deal with him! He was always waiting at the property on viewings which made a nice change from some of the other estate agents I had dealt with. He has incredibly prompt with responses and kept me up to date with the status of the purchase which made the process much less stressful!
