Michael did a great job in selling a flat for us in Yate. He was far more detailed than other agents who valued the property and was able to liaise collaboratively with both solicitors.

Michael has provided an outstanding service from start to finish. He worked so hard to find a buyer for our property, which enabled us to purchase our lovely new home. Some of the solicitors in our chain were really poor at communicating with each other which has often been frustrating, and it’s been a blessing having an estate agent who actually cares, keeps in good communication with his clients and who works tirelessly to chase to get some answers. At every point of the process, Michael has been persistent in trying to achieve a solution. Would highly recommend.

Michael has been fantastic throughout the whole process. We were really pleased with the photos taken and speed at which he was able to get everything up on Rightmove before organising viewings immediately. Where to begin! We had come to Michael from a family friend’s recommendation after having awful service with another estate agent and it was the best thing we did! Michael sold our house within a week of being on the market and has been excellent, professional, and attentive for all our questions and queries right from the start all through to completion. He’s really gone above and beyond with chasing solicitors, answering questions, providing contacts for surveys, etc, making sure things run smoothly.
